Fish tank ideas from the readers of Practical Fishkeeping Magazine, showcase your work and share your photographs with the Fishkeeping community! My mystery snail, guppy, and dwarf crayfish breeding tank. The netting at the top is enough to keep the snails from crawling out of the tank

6x2x2 Foot freshwater setup with Clouded Archerfish and a wide range of L-Numbers and Loaches. Went for a low maintenance design with crypts and Anubias plants planted around dragonstone rock and two large pieces of mangrove wood.

My dream fish. I have been keeping fish most of my life and have kept many species from discus to elephant noses but snakeheads have recently captured my heart so took the plunge and got blue rainbow snakeheads

My Common Plec has been a feature of my tanks for 27 years. As he grew so did the tanks. He now lives in a 2.1 long tank with a bespoke cabinet I made featuring English Oak. Tank mates are Torpedo Barbs, Filament barbs, Rainbow Cichlids and a shoal of corydoras.

My first tank, 2 years in. Full of my favorites: nano fish, catfish, and loaches. If you look closely, you can see some of the glass cats!

340 litre Amazon style set up. Contains bentosi, rosy, ember, cardinal, rummy nose, head and tail light and green neon tetras plus false julii corys. The lighting is subdued with an 80% covering of salvinia.

The tank is Aqua one aquanano 60 100L. Running co2 and I've upgraded lights to two fluval nano 3.0 running at 75%. My fish include cardinal tetras, silver tip tetra, phantom tetra, hongsloi apistogramma and sterbai Cory's

Amazon inspired tank 5x2x2 - around 400 litres. Home to 8 Manacapuru angelfish, 12 sterbai and similis corydoras, 30 rummy noses, 3 festivums, 2 Ivanacara Adoketa and 1 Royal Farowella. Plants - range of amazon swords, anubias and houseplants growing emersed.
