A small 18x10x10″ aquarium, filled with "clutter", dedicated to a pair of Betta channoides. This species has been my introduction to Asian Anabantoids and I am certain I will be trying my hand at more species in the future. At the time of writing the male has a mouthful of eggs.

This is my tannin rich community aquarium. 200l Aqua Oak. Planted with mainly cryptocorynes, echinodorus and aponogetons. Fish are various tetras, including hyphessobrycon micropterus, and hyphessobrycon negodagua. Various loaches, and apistogramma, and more.

Here's a few photos of my Elos SystemMini - It has a Sansi grow bulb for lighting, 7w Tunze return pump from the sump and no heater. The system uses 43w total. I used the ADA substrate system and very rarely do water changes. The scape is 4 years old this year.

This is my Juwel 180 litre tank - I wanted a thriving planted environment and have added LED lighting and co2 injection. The tank is home to wild caught cardinal tetras and Cory Sterbai living alongside the rare scratched inpa Tetra which I’m proud to have successfully bred!

My first tank in about 10 years, and my first planted tank. Ran a dark start for a month before planting ( mostly in vitro). Its home to 12 Racoon tetras, 6 Spotted blue eyed rainbows, 2 bristlenose please, 1 Candy stripe plec and 2 red tail hillstream loaches.
