"A stunning Vieja hartwegi took first place with 91 points out of 100. Second and third went to a Neolamprologus pulcher "Daffodil" and a Synodontis angelicus."
"After a long period of judging the following results were as follows; 1st TDC Vieja hartwegi 91 pts, 2nd John Dothwaite Neolamprologus pulcher "Daffodil" 87 pts, 3rd TDC Synodontis angelicus 86 pts, 4th Ronnie Flinn Labidochromis caeruleus 85 pts, 5th TDC Eleotris vittata 84 pts, 6th Bede Karrigan Melanotaenia herbertaxelrodi 83 pts."

"The following fish went through the auction; Denisonii barbs at 3 each,bag after bag of albino corys at 2 for 5 and juvenile Apistogramma Borelli were seen too."
"Also noted were Argentine Pearlfish and the highest priced lot were a pair of Micropoecilia Picta (red form) at 20!"
