Raffles Arowana takes top prize at Aquarama

Stanley Tang of Raffles Aquarium in Singapore has been awarded the Grand Champion prize for his Red arowana at Aquarama 2007.

More than 50 top class arowana were on display, including Red, Golden, Red tail golden and Golden crossbacks - with the Red arowana being by far the most commonly exhibited.

The fish ranged in size from around 20cm/8" up to 60cm/24" for some of the larger Reds. All of the fish benched were exhibited by arowana suppliers, rather than from private collections.
