A German catfish expert has described six new species of corydoradine catfish and given C numbers to four others.
Joachin Knaack described the six new Corydoras as C. paucerna, C. paragua, C. albolineatus, C. negro, C. isbrueckeri and C. noelkempffi in a paper in the German journal Zoologische Abhandlungen.
All of the new species of Corydoras were collected from Eastern Bolivia.
Four more C numbers have been set, bringing the total to 136.
