The American 'Wrecking Ball' singer posted a picture of the fish, named PBF, on Instagram, saying 'I hate goodbyes'.
A picture of Miley's black-and-white tattoo was posted by her tattoo artist on Instagram last week, with the message: 'R I P PBF @mileycyrus'.
