The International Pet Advisory Council, a coalition of national pet industry trade associations, is to hold its next meeting at the forthcoming InterZoo event on Saturday 15 May.

The event will be covering a number of topics important to the global trade in fishes, ranging from the convention in biodiversity, and the new OIE Animal Welfare Initiative legislation, to remedies and treatments for pets. Of course, there will also be coverage of key issues affecting everyone at the moment, including GM fish and KHV, as well as an update on CITES legislation, with a look at seahorses, corals and freshwater rays.

The meeting takes place at InterZoo 2004, Muchen Conference Room 3, CCN Conference Centre, Messenzentrum, Nurenburg, Germany from 8.00am - 12.00pm on Saturday May 15, 2004.
