East of England Cambridgeshire Koi Show

Cambridgeshire Koi Club will once again be staging The East of England Cambridgeshire Koi Show, which will takes place on July 21-22.

Trade exhibitors will be showing off the latest Koi and pond equipment and over 300 Koi will be exhibited in hope of taking the much coveted Grand Champion award, which last year was won by a stunning 82cm/33” Kohaku (pictured below).

The Japanese Akita Welfare Trust will be bringing some of the dogs they’ve rescued, to talk to people about the work that they do and the breed itself. There will be Alpacas on display plus craft stands, plants, bonsai and a range of refreshments.

The venue is Mudds Drove, Threeholes, Cambridgeshire, PE14 9JU. Entrance is £3 for adults; accompanied under 16’s free!

Cambridgeshire Koi Club also has a raft of events lined up for its membership as the sun comes out and it moves to its summer programme, which includes club exchange trips, visits to the best shows in the country, visits to well known dealers and BBQ weekends at the side of each other’s ponds...
