OASE are one of the market leaders in Water Gardening and pride themselves on their exciting, innovative and market leading products. In the last year OASE has expanded into the Indoor Aquatics market, including the acquisition of BiOrb, as well as Drainage & Irrigation products.
As part of our ongoing expansion we are recruiting for a new position as part of our technical department. Candidates must have a keen interest in ponds and/or aquariums and we will provide full training on everything else.
This role requires a great deal of flexibility as no two days are the same. The successful candidate will need a willingness to learn, lots of enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills. The role includes dealing with both trade and consumer enquires (verbal and written) so a basic understanding of ponds or aquariums is important. The role is based at our offices near Andover in Hampshire so the successful applicant will need to able to travel there each day or relocate to the area. A full driving license is essential.
- Dealing with enquiries in relation to orders and products
- Testing incoming returns and processing necessary paper work
- Attending exhibitions, customer weekends and site visits when required
