A fish latched onto a man's arm while he was dangling it over the edge of a Florida jetty, and almost dragged him into the water, begging the question 'who caught who?'

In the dramatic video below, the fisherman - who was apparently trying to hand fish using a bait and line and no rod - is seen wrestling with the Tarpon, which manages to get most of his forearm into its mouth. The fish ends up completely out of the water, still attached to the man's arm, before onlookers help him to remove it.

The fish then flips back into the water, apparently unscathed.
