Show us your aquarium

We've added a new feature to the Practical Fishkeeping website which allows you to upload pictures of your aquarium.

The new Readers' Tanks section allows registered website members to upload up to four pictures of their aquarium, and tell other readers how they set it up.

You can browse through the list of recently uploaded tanks here to find inspiration to re-aquascape your tank, or get ideas for what to put in your next one.

You can also leave a comment or ask the aquarium's owner a question, too.

To get started, all you need to do is take some landscape format (ie horizontal) images of your tank with your digital camera, fill in some details on the tank and we'll add your tank as soon as we've moderated it.

You can upload your tank here. 'll automatically resize your images for you, but it will be quicker if you can scale them down to 800 x 600 pixels before you send them.

If you also have some digital video footage, you can upload it to YouTube or Google Video and add that too. Simply find the embed HTML code and paste it into the box on the Readers' Tanks upload form.

'll soon be launching an aquascaping competition in the magazine, and we'll be keeping a close eye on these uploads to look out for readers to visit for features in the magazine.

If you've got several tanks, why not dedicate a page to each one, so others can learn from your skills.

If you've always fancied seeing your tank in the magazine, why not upload your tank?
