Shirley Aquatics have had 60,000 worth of picture frame tanks stolen from their warehouse.

Although some have been retrieved by the police, there are still at least 30 unaccounted for.

Shirley are the only people in the UK selling them. They are unique top end tanks averaging around 1000 apiece.

All the controls are operated via a blue touch sensitive panel on the left hand side, controlling air, lighting, feeding CO2 and other features.

They were designed to be the "plasma screen" of the fish tank world.

If anyone gets offered one of these they need to contact the police straight away.

Shirley Aquatics has three branches. The original store is at Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands.

There has been a second branch in Solihull since 2004 at the Blooms of Bressingham Garden Centre, Hampton-in-Arden, Solihull and a third opened at Kidlington, Oxfordshire.
