This new aquarium design allows fish to really travel…without leaving the tank.
A new coffee table aquarium featuring a map of the world has been designed by Takuro Yamamoto Architects in Japan.
OK, it's a small world compared to the one we live in, but you have to admit that it's a bit different. And your fish can travel to tropical destinations, swim through the sea and visit the Arctic, all in just a few minutes and without worrying about the changes in water conditions or temperature!
Called 'World Trip' the new tank idea was submitted for designboom's TIFF award 2012 International Furniture Design competition.
