German filter manufacturer Eheim have launched a new addition to their chemical filter media range: Phosphateout.
"New phosphateout binds the phosphate to the iron based media and removes it from the water,” say Eheim. Phosphateout reduces the content of phosphate and inhibits the growth of algae in the aquarium.
"Phosphateout is intensively tested like all the Eheim filter medias and it is free from harmful substances."
It is suitable for fresh and marine water.
