Star Fisheries is building a new facility to house a new range of Japanese fancy goldfish, which will go on sale around September.

This new Japanese range will include many of the varieties really only seen so far on offer from China, such as Ryukins, Oranda and Moors. However, Star Fisheries says these fish are all very different in character to the Chinese fish, and adds that in addition there will be some very exclusive fancy goldfish only available from Japan, some rare new varieties produced by a handful of specialist Japanese breeders and not available from China or anywhere else in the world. These fish will go on offer to the UK market later in the year.

Star Fisheries is at 94A Benhill Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 3RX.
