You will be required to work in all areas of the business (warehouse, fish house and office) and undertake all aspects of livestock and dry goods sales, as well as customer support.
Both site and road based, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing retail customers via regular telephone contact and planned customer site visits.
You will deal with calling customers on site as well as dealing with any telephone enquiries and offering technical support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Helping calling customers select stock (dry goods and livestock)
- Telesales calls
- Emailing out deals/new product promotions
- Making planned customer site visits
- Working alongside the sales team to formulate new promotional deals and point of sale material
- Assisting in fish house sales and livestock promotions
- Processing/following up back orders
- After sales support and follow up
- Technical assistance to hobbyists and retail customers
- Arranging in-house displays
- Handling returns
- Customer profiling and reporting
- Attending occasional trade shows and hobbyist events
- Offering any support necessary to warehouse, fish house and front office staff.
Hours of work: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.
