Two heaters in the same aquarium will not increase electricity consumption, as the amount of watts required to maintain the current temperature will remain the same.
If adding two heaters because your single heater is not sufficiently powerful to maintain your desired temperature, then adding that second heater will definitely increase your electricity consumption.
Note aquarium temperature each morning and evening to make sure a relatively stable level is being maintained. It amazes me how many hobbyists fail to check this crucial parameter, even in very hot weather.
