| The Newent branch of Aquajardin is based at the recently refurbished Hazelfield Garden World. The staff told Practical Fishkeeping that this compact store stocks a wide selection of products catering for all aspects of water gardening, ponds and aquariums. "Our outside display area is dedicated to demonstrating water features and ponds. During the spring and summer months there is a varied selection of pond plants, also a fantastic selection of Aquajardin’s home grown lilies from the specialist farm facility in Hampshire. "Our selection of aquariums and accessories cater for everyone, from the beginner to the serious enthusiast including ranges from Juwel, Aqua One, Tetra and Reef One. The tropical fish house, although smaller than our other stores, offers a comprehensive range of top quality fish, including some more unusual catfish species. "Aquarium plants are a specialist area for the Aquajardin group, and you can always find a great selection of fresh, quality aquatic plants. Here you can see mature specimens of aquatic plants in one of our many planted display aquariums. "The garden centre offers a unique lakeside restaurant where you can feed a selection of pond fish including large koi, orfe, tench and goldfish. The restaurant offers a comprehensive menu of home cooked foods including freshly made desserts. Other onsite facilities include a large children’s play area, farm shop, specialist reptile centre, garden machinery store and gift shop."
