| Specialist stock | We have one of the widest selections of tropical fish in the UK, including many rare and oddball fish. We have a large range of cichlids, including more than 70 tanks of African Rift Lake cichlids, South and Central American cichlids, West African and Lake Victoria cichlids. We always have a good range of L-number plecs in stock, as well as several species of Corydoras and Synodontis, and many other catfish. Rare and unusual fish such as puffers, snakeheads, knifefish, piranhas, tigerfish, etc are always in stock – freshwater rays are a particular speciality. Very importantly, we have staff with comprehensive experience of oddball fish to give the right advice when selling fish with specialist requirements. We also stock a huge range of community fish, including many that are suitable for the small “nano” tanks that are currently very popular – including a wide range of tetras, rasboras and dwarf algae-eating shrimp. We keep a wide range of marine fish in stock, including the more popular varieties and also many more unusual species. A good selection of corals and invertebrates are always in stock. |
