| We are a well established pet and aquatic store over 10,000 sq feet we have been at our current site for 8 years and been in business for 11 years we pride ourselves that we will not compromise on our fish keeping standards, we work hard to make sure that all fish that we received are cared for in the best way possible by ensuring that all water quality’s match the fish farms that they arrive from, we then after a period will adjust water conditions to our local conditions. We have a strong relationship with our suppliers and will contact farms across the world directly to ensure that we provide the best for our fish. We stock many tropical fish, shrimps, aquarium plants and have weekly deliveries. We have a good range of discus in stock. We have a large range of pond fish and koi as well as all types of pond plant, we offer pvc, rubber and polyethylene based liners cut off the roll as well as pre-formed ponds and all pumps filters and accessories. We stock pumps, filters ,liner and accessories all year round. We stock an extensive range of u.v bulbs. We stock a large range of marine fish, corals and live rock which we cure in a separate tank, and then we transfer it to our sale tank this way you can be assured that it is not freshly imported and is safe to add to an existing reef or fish aquarium. We believe in giving the customer the correct information and it is not unusual for a customer to leave with just information and not spending anything. We are passionate about water quality and will always test customer’s water (there is a charge) and offer free advice and education to help with any problem, we always ask for a sample of water after customers have had their first fish in their aquarium to make sure that it is cycled before adding any more fish. All of our staff are experienced fish keepers with many years experience and are always happy to help with advice at any time. We have an extensive range of dry goods including all the main brands tetra, Aquarian, King British, Nishikoi, Fluval, Waterlife, Seachem as well as JBL and others. We stock Juwel and fluval aquariums and we also have independent aquarium manufactures that can make all sizes of aquariums with whatever you need, weirs, holes, sumps etc just contact us with your details. Above all we sell products that we use ourselves and if we do not have something then we can do our best to get it in, we have three deliveries from our wholesalers per week and we encourage customers to share their experiences with products with us so we also may be better educated. We are members of the pet care trust and also stock pets, rabbits, hamsters, degues rats etc as well as a great range of pet foods and accessories. |
