| Redcar-based Absolute Aquatics is a small, family run store, which has recently branched out into the marine aquarium sector. The staff told Practical Fishkeeping: "Our extensive experience will cater for all your aquatic needs. We pride ourselves with excellent customer service and are happy to give you on hand advice whenever you need it. "Our shop boasts an impressive range of Ehiem tanks, well stocked with a large variety of traditional and unique tropical fish. We specialise in Discus, aka 'King of the Aquarium'. These vibrant fish can be viewed in two impressive six foot Aqua One tanks positioned at the front of the shop. "For the pond enthusiast the six Koi vats can be viewed at the rear of the premises, along with pond treatments, food, pumps and accessories. Additionally we stock an extensive range of aquariums, food, treatments and accessories. We also offer free delivery within our local area, and free tank set-up on larger tanks. "Additionally we provide a tank maintenance service, please contact for prices. We are currently in the process of venturing into the marine sector and hope to have this up and running by the beginning of November 2008. We intend to test the market in this sector, starting off with six sale tanks and one display tank. If this takes off, and we have enough interest in this sector, we intend to expand this section considerably to provide an extensive marine section.
