| Barton Water Gardens is an established aquatics shop that is family run and has built up a good reputation for good honest customer service. Our friendly staff have got fish or reptiles themselves and have had so for a number of years so, the knowledge they have is extensive. We have a massive 2700 square foot of covered area crammed full of aquatic and reptile accessories including a 360 square foot stocked reptile animal room and a 400 square foot stocked fish room. Aquatics We stock a vast range of aquatic accessories from all the major brands including, Juwel, aquael, biorb, JBL, seachem and orca. We have a well set out display showing complete set ups suitable for complete beginners or for experienced fishkeepers wanting to upgrade. We stock a forever expanding range of pond products including treatments, foods, lights and a full range of pumps and filters etc. We have pond liner and are stockists for Atlantis fibreglass ponds, waterfalls and water features. We also stock in season various pond plants. We offer a design, installation and maintenance service for your pond if it is required and examples of our work can be seen. We are stockists for Hozelock, yamitsu, fishmate, tornado, atlantis, oasis and some oase. We offer a water testing service for pond and aquariums to ensure accurate advice can be given. We have a wide selection of fish suitable for the novice or the more experienced fishkeeper, we are particularly well known for our Malawi cichlid knowledge and have an extensive customer base to support this. We receive regular deliveries from our suppliers who we have visited to ensure we have an excellent working relationship to ensure the excellent quality of our fish is maintained. Reptiles We are one of the largest shops in the area and are able to offer a good selection of animals and a wide variety of reptile dry goods, as well as live and frozen food. We have in stock all the major names EXO TERRA, JBL, ZOOMED and if we haven’t got a particular item we can try and source it for you. We stock a wide range of animals to suit all levels of experience, including various lizards, frogs, snakes, chameleons and tortoises, we do try in particular to stock a wide range of leopard gecko morphs. We are working particularly closely with several reptile breeders and if we haven’t got an animal in stock that you require we can try and get it for you. | Directions | From the a15 roundabout signposted barton / winterton /scunthorpe enter barton drop down the hill to the mini roundabout with the petrol station on the right and turn right (signposted barrow and new Holland.) continue straight ahead and go past the school and cemetery and then you will see the national speed limit signs indicating you are leaving Barton we are on the left hand side by the signs. Look out for our big blue signs. |

| Specialist stock | We stock a wide variety of community fish including a good selection of catfish and plecs. We also have a very good selection lake Malawi cichlids for which we've established a good reputation and knowledge. We have a good selection of Koi of various sizes in season and goldfish, orfe, shubunkins, tench and rudd. We hold a licence to stock sturgeon and grass carp. We will be expanding our pond fish vats for the forthcoming season by adding a number of new vats which will enable us to have more fish in stock to meet the demand. If you require specific species of fish then do not hesitate to contact us before travelling. If we don't have them we will try and order them in for you. |
