The National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth, Devon, has launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise £30,000 for its next exhibit.
The 'What a waste' exhibit will highlight the damage that plastic pollution can do to marine life, using plastic waste collected from beaches around Devon and Cornwall.
This project will only be funded if at least £30,000 is pledged by 12:04pm 1st June 2015.
A pledge of £25 or more will get your name on a plaque on the sponsors 'fish wall'. Pledge £50 or more and you and a friend can take part in a fish feeding experience at the aquarium, £100 or more gets you a one-year family priority pass and £150 allows you to become a biologist for the day.
For full details, and to find out what pledging even more can get you, visit the What a Waste crowdfunding page.
