One's probablly about 25cm or so the other is a bit smaller maybe 15cm. Thinking about it they do seem quite happy stuffing themselves in quite small spaces so maybe i'm overestimating the space they need.

The moss ball idea is one I had thought of using, i've already glued a load to my bogwood before sticking it in the tank and when I finally go ahead with re scaping the tank i'm going to use this method to cover a big lump of rock.
