"Out of all the stores in Bristol, even the much much larger ones and stores that have a chain of aquatic shops, this is my favorite and pretty much the only one I use.
The staff there, Steve and Martin really treat customers as friends and really will go out of there way to help and advise in anyway they can, the shop always has a great viriety of exotic fish, they sell extremely quickly but you can always be sure that if something has sold before you get there....they will get it in for you.
you can call up for advice anytime you like and you'l be spoken to like a human being and not just 'another customer' to be dealt with as quickly as possible....you can discuss aquatics at leagnth with the lads when your in the shop too.
The shop, if youve never been there has a vibrant atmosphere and customers tend to talk amongst themselves, probably due to the way the shop is laid out, gear in the front room and lots of tanks in the back.
The prices are top notch, no joke! far cheaper than the other aquatic centres and other shops with buy a few get one free too.
you can become a member on facebook, which i urge others to do too, and the good thing is stock and other such products are listed and even videos are put up of some of the more unusual or even bright active fish they get in. I'm glad I live so close to it, but I have to be honest and say that I would make the effort to travel to this store, because you can even call up and request something to be put aside for you.
well done the aquatic store, I hope it just gets bigger and bigger 5* :-)"

"Absolutely brilliant shop, got 12 neon tetras from there. All of the fish are so healthy and well looked after. The best tank is the stingray tank or the tank with the large Gar."
