After ten years on the magazine, Practical Fishkeeping's editor-in-chief, Matt Clarke is moving on...

After a decade on Practical Fishkeeping magazine, I'm stepping down as editor-in-chief to take on a new role elsewhere.

I've been writing for Practical Fishkeeping since 1993 and started working here in the office in 2000, following seven expensive years at university studying various fish-related topics.

Working here has been absolutely brilliant and has been an amazing experience.

For the past decade, PFK has been my life and I will really miss the magazine, the website, my colleagues, the readers and our excellent forum moderators.

I'm staying on until the end of September, so the December issue will be my last.

This means we'll shortly be recruiting for an editor to handle the day-to-day running of the UK's biggest-selling aquarium magazine.

If you're an experienced magazine professional with an amazing knowledge of fish, this is the job for you. Keep an eye on the website for further details.
